1. Do you have a small or large family?
– It is somewhere in the middle I would say. It’s not very large not very small. We have four members in the family, me, a brother and parents and I really miss all of them because they are back in India.
2. Do you see your family regularly?
– As I just told you that I have been living here and they are back in India but I see them definitely on video calls.
3. What do you do when you see your family?
– I’m first filled with joy and then I give them virtual kisses I would say because I am really very close to my mother and whenever I see her I just get very emotional.
4. Do you have a healthy lifestyle?
– Definitely I would say according to me the definition of the lifestyle which I am living is healthy. I get up early, I go to sleep at time, I take proper medications not the other medications but some supplements which keep us healthy, so I think I’m living a healthy lifestyle.
5. Do you enjoy being active?
– I love being active to be very honest. Recently, I went on a hike and I think that pretty much defines how active I want to be.
6. Do you have a favorite colour?
– Yes, I have a favorite colour and that’s green. I think the reason being because I’m very close to nature and I think it defines why this is my favorite.
7. Do you like to decorate your house in a colourful way?
– I love to decorate. To be very honest with you, I can’t live in a house which is very mundane and simple. I love being in a decorated place. I’m very artistic in that way.
8. Do colours have any special meaning to you?
– They do, they definitely do because whenever I see green, I feel I’m close to nature but when I see something which is blue I think I’m out and about and limitless like the sky.

I think technology in nowadays is nothing less than a blessing and technology is something which has bought us so many appliances which is making our lives easier on every level I would say. Here I would like to talk about a device which I use regularly and by regularly I mean it’s not daily, it is used on an hourly basis and that’s Amazon Alexa and what’s special about this device is that it’s totally based on artificial intelligence so there are very few buttons and there is no touchscreen because a lot of us are right now habitual of touching our phones and because of this Coronavirus we were not allowed to touch each other or we were very cautions and sanitizing our hands, but this device even at that time there was no problem in using this because it is totally controlled by the voice. As it is based on artificial intelligence you know you don’t use your own intelligence and you just let it do it works and the thing is earlier I used to have a clock next to my bed and it used to ring and wake me up but when the battery was low it would be a nightmare for me because I was not able to get up on time reach where I wanted to but since this I just tell Alexa, ‘hey Alexa, wake me up at 5am in the morning’ and I don’t have to do anything else. I just have to sit and relax and at 5 am there is a very notorious alarm which is rung so that I can wake up. And you won’t believe that other day I was having guests over for dinner and there was an old man and he was very old. He was very surprised to see this because I told Alexa to give me a reminder that he needs to take his medicine. It was 10 P.M. I still remember, the Alexa said, ‘hey Robert, it’s time for you to take medicine’. He was shocked, he was happy, he was not believing it and then I told him the price of the product it was just $59. He was more shocked and he also wanted this device because it’s very useful device.

1. In the past, women used to perform more houseful duties but this seems to be changing. Why?
– I won’t say that you know please don’t think that I am be encountering, I’m countering your question but I would say is I’m telling you from my own experience it was never like at least for me. I’ve seen my parents both share the responsibilities, I’ve seen my father cleaning the utensils, washing the dishes, washing the clothes and I’ve seen pretty much. My mom go out and work so I think everybody according to me a lot of people not everybody have doing this for ages but it’s all about what we have seen.
2. Do you think it is important for children to help around the house? Why or why not?
– Definitely, because whatever habit you include in yourself when you’re very young you are taking it in your adulthood because you know there is a very famous singer saying don’t look for the brunches it is in the roots.
3. Why do some people have household help such as cleaners or childcare?
– Nowadays because of the lifestyle I would say everybody’s having a lot of expenses they have to meet and money is not growing on trees we have to go out and work for it and in that scenario children are just at home without the care of their parents and I think that is the only reason they invite some people in their house to take care of the household activities.
